So, I have a tiny apartment. like small. I live in Chicago, I live in a one bedroom so I am in a bigger apartment then most in studios, but still...
I'm having a hard time finding places to craft in my teeny, tiny apartment. I have my computer, bed, clothes, gamecube in my bedroom. then I have a big table in the "dinning room" which is more like a nook, or overflow from the small kitchen. I then have a TON of stuff in my living room. So what is a girl to do?!
Well, I like messy crafts. One of those, being blood spatter. I usually lay garbage bags on the floor, then try to remember to walk over them and not to step in the paint the rest of the night. I tried a different approach this time....
So I painted in my bathtub! I keep my bathtub super clean, so why not. I put an sheet of paper under my "work of art". Then, I mixed up my paint, and went to town spatter paint onto this paper to look like blood. (I teach blood spatter patterns). The clean up was a breeze too. I just washed up.
So, hopefully this helps with crafting in small places. be creative! :)

I have been really lacking on my posts. I promise, I will make a tutorial shortly on how to make a fun and cute white board to jazz up any workspace, also how to make resin bottlecaps! I just need to take photos of me doing the craft, which is hard to do when you get into it. I have to work on it...
I also have been working on cornering the forensic market for jewelry, as well as the "famous people in art deco colored backgrounds encased in resin" market. I'm enjoying both recently, with a new addition to the later that features Mr. Magnum P.I. himself. He's set to debut on my site next week after my mini-vacation.
I got accepted to my first craft show. I'm terrified and beyond excited. I need to come up with a table stand in a short period of time. I also will be putting all my contents from my store onsale at the show, so if there's something you want, buy it before I go. No promises that it will stay.
Alright. I wasted another blog.

I promise, tomorrow I will start using this thing.
Sorry, I have no photos for this post, but I DO have an AMAZING recipe. Ready? ready!
Ingredients: 4 skinless chicken breast (I get smaller ones) 2 tablespoons of butter 1/2 box of rice cereal, like rice crispies baggie
HOW TO! 1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2.) melt butter in a large bowl using microwave 3.) Box rice crispies into a large baggie (freezer bags work well) then start crushing the rice crispies. 4.) rinse chicken, dip both sides in butter and then place into the rice crispy bag. 5.) close bag and shake, shake, shake! 6.) once chicken is covered in cereal, place on a greased cookie sheet. 7.) Repeat until all chicken is covered. 8.) Pour on some more rice crispies on top. 9.) Cook in oven for about 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
Enjoy! this is my FAVORITE recipe!
